With a complete range of water and fluid heat exchangers, our range is capable of utilising water, glycol solutions, ground water, steam and all refrigerants. Standard chilled water cooling and hot water heating coils may be manufactured to our own, or exact client specifications. Heat exchanger designs are available that are identical to popular local brands, providing for a simple ‘direct swap’ solution. The full range of 5mm OD, 7mm OD, 5/16” (7.9mm) OD, 3/8” (9.5mm) OD, 1/2” (12.7mm) and 5/8” (15.9mm) OD tube sizes are available. With the option of either plain or rifle bore (inner grooved) tubes. A diverse range of fin spacings and patterns exist: plain, slit, raise lance, sine wave, louvered, corrugated, sine wave slit fin profiles.
Booster coils built with either flanged or slip-and-drive casings are available. These coils are commonly duct-mounted or used within VAV units for low-capacity reheat applications. Booster coils are constructed without headers, in either one or two circuit configurations.
Steam coils are ruggedly constructed for steam pressures up to 1034 kPa. Standard configurations, as well as special arrangements are available. Steam coils typically feature steam supply header and condensate return headers and connections on opposite sides of the coil. Steam supply connections are typically placed centrally on the supply header, with the condensate return connections typically placed at the bottom of the return header providing self-draining.
Fluid coolers for oil, after cooling, and special purpose cooling can be designed to your exact project requirements. Blast coolers, are a fast and efficient way of rejecting heat from process fluids before further cooling. Heat recovery (run-around) coils are an effective way to reclaim waste or process heat that would otherwise be lost, providing valuable operating cost savings.
Standard or custom built direct expansion cooling coils (evaporators) are manufactured for a wide variety of applications. From low temperature refrigeration through to comfort cooling applications.
Various circuiting options exist ensuring uniform refrigerant distribution across the entire coil. Single, dual or quad compressor circuits are available for both duct mounted and central system applications. Options of row and face control, as well as interlaced circuiting provide the highest precision in capacity regulation.
We have extensive experience in building “bent” condenser coils to customer specifications (3 Rows maximum). This allows the coil to be packaged tightly around other system components for greater packaging efficiency and a reduced unit footprint.
